Revealed: Chance to get LUK from Heroes

April 12, 2022

Hello, Commander!
What yours looking at right now is the LUK stat probabilities when minting NFT Heroes. So far, we have released many perks and rewards for pre-sale holders, but we believe that LUK rewards are the most important. If you want to get ahead in the gameplay, you will really feel that way.

As many commanders already know, We have no plans to conduct a 3rd sale, the ongoing 2nd presale is the final round of our presale.

After the game open stage, you can purchase heroes through ‘open sale(SHOP)’. The main reason why hero purchases are not limited after opening is that they have an Burning model in the process of leveling up.

So, heroes can still be acquired after the game opens, but they are very different from pre-sale heroes. They cannot receive GRT airdrops at game launch, and the range of LUK generated when minting heroes increases from 1 to 5. Of course, your chances of getting the maximum of 5 will also decrease.

We’ve talked about LUK many times so far, and it gives you an idea of how heavy we take LUK. We are releasing this now because the 1,300 NFTs we prepared for the 2nd Presale are currently 70% sold and are expected to sell out soon.

Application of LUK
known so far

As we unveil the final odds of LUK today, we’ve added an example below to help the Commander understand. And while those are things that have already been revealed before, they can be new and important information for someone.

More souls proportional to LUK

The things used to grow a hero are GRT(community currency), and a ‘Soul’ of the same rarity as the hero you want to grow. Lower levels require fewer materials but need a lot of GRT and Souls to reach the highest level.

Souls can be obtained by breaking up heroes, in which case the number of souls you can earn is proportional to the broken hero’s LUK. Therefore, by breaking up the hero with high LUK to collect souls, you can grow the desired hero at a relatively reasonable cost.

Increased chance of level-up success

Leveling up your heroes brings excellent rewards but always comes with risks. Leveling up is that it may not always be successful. This level-up failure probability will act as one of the risks you have to take to get a better Play-to-Earn return. If you fail to level up, you lose the GRT and Soul used when trying. (※However, even if you fail to level up, the level will not drop, or the hero will not be destroyed.)
LUK serves to reduce the risk of these upgrade failures. LUK serves to increase your chances of success when trying to level up.

Military secret production capacity

Heroes hired by the commander can be placed in the ‘secret base,’ one of the new buildings added to the territory. Unlike farms that produce food and mines that mine iron, heroes deployed to secret bases become spies and increase your military secret gauge. Whenever a commander’s military secret gauge rises, the spy level of the commander’s faction rises, which serves as another strength of battle in Reta War.

In war, you can use debuffs that apply to all enemies, reduce the resources gathered by the opposing faction just before the war, or know in advance the formation information of the opposing faction in the upcoming war. And all of these actions increase my contribution to the war, and allow me to earn even greater GRT rewards.

LUK also plays a big role here. It’s all about espionage. It’s like strength is important in mines and intelligence is important in farms. LUK is the most important stat in the secret base where spies are trained. This will make the biggest contribution to raising the military secret gauge.
